What are the dates for Vegas? Maybe the STC meeting lines up around the same time?

Never mind... it seems the event's already in progress, I gather, from reading the other tablet PC blogs. Solly for my ignorance. ;-)

We spent yesterday walking the Microsoft and Intel booths. Asus also talked to us about their upcoming Tablet PC - cool stuff ! Toshiba mentioned their new Tablet PC but Tableteers better get them to improve the screen resolution before they make a terrible mistake. The Lenovo rep tried to keep a tight lip about future Tablet PCs. Lora and Loren will probably do some writeups on what they have been watching.

Thanks for the update, Layne. Looking forward to more Tablet PC updates. It was nice to see Gates using a tablet during his keynote, but there wasn't very much in the way of new information supplied. The most exciting tablet-oriented thing I've seen come out of there so far is the OQO, but there has to be more.
